What does ``self catering``, ``bed and breakfast``, ``half board`` and ``full board`` mean?
These describe how much food is included in your homestay price. Self catering means room only — you use the host’s kitchen to prepare your own meals. Bed and breakfast includes your room and a continental breakfast each morning. Half board adds an evening meal on top. Full board includes breakfast, an evening meal, and a packed lunch — everything is covered.
What board basis options are available for homestay in Brighton?
You can choose from self catering, bed and breakfast, half board, or full board. Twin rooms are available if you are travelling with another student. A private bathroom can be added for £35 per week.

What happens if I arrive late?
Arrivals after 22:00 may be subject to a late arrival fee. Please check at the time of booking.
I need a student visa — does this affect my accommodation booking?
Yes. Accommodation cannot be confirmed until your visa has been granted. Please notify us at least two weeks before arrival. We cannot guarantee your first choice of accommodation if confirmed late.
