All Adult and Young Learner students must have valid insurance to study with BSC. You can use your own provider, but we must receive proof before your course begins. What’s Covered by GuardMe Insurance

GuardMe insurance offers essential protection for international students, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations (including visa refusals), lost baggage, personal liability, and more. 2. Cancellation & Travel Disruptions

  • Trip cancellation coverage up to £7,500 (e.g. visa refusals, illness, failed exams).
  • Missed departure cover up to £7,500.
  • Delayed baggage benefit (£100 after 12 hours).

3. Personal Belongings & Money Protection

  • Baggage covers up to £2,000 (max £250/item).
  • Personal money loss: up to £250.
  • Lost or stolen documents: up to £250.

4. Accident & Personal Liability

  • Personal accident cover up to £25,000.
  • Personal liability cover up to £2.5 million.

5. Flexibility & Peace of Mind

  • Coverage available for students up to 75 years old.
  • Modify or cancel policies before the start date if within the modification rule parameters.
  • Travel for leisure (up to 21 days) included.
  • Visa letter downloads available.
  • Edit personal info (passport, residence, etc.) via your portal.

Who can purchase the insurance:

  • International students enrolled on an academic programme of study at BSC Education.
  • Group leaders and immediate family members may be included.
