The first programme of its kind
For two weeks, players between 12-17 years old will boost their gaming skills and gain the personal tools required to explore career opportunities within the thriving esports industry.

- 15 hours of classroom-based input per week
- 12.5 hours of individual/team coaching per week
- Evening activity programme with coach-led gaming sessions included
- 1 Full Day and 1 Half Day excursion included every week
Created in partnership with:
British Esports is the national body for esports in the UK. They are the recognised member of the Global Esports Federation for Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and founding member of the International Olympic Committee Esports and Gaming Liaison Group.
The programme will be run for 4 weeks from Sunday 20 July 2025. It will be bookable for 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks.
1 week: £1,750

Gameplay and coaching
- Boost skills in popular esports titles such as Rocket League, Overwatch 2, Valorant, League of Legends, Fortnite, EA FC and F1.
- Enhance teamwork and communication skills through collaborative gameplay and team challenges.
- Cultivate critical thinking and problem-solving abilities by strategising and navigating game scenarios.
- Develop a mindset of resilience and adaptability through facing challenges and setbacks in competitive gameplay.
- Showcase skills and talents in a full day tournament event at the end of the programme
Esports career pathways
- Explore various career paths within the esports industry, including roles in game development, event management, broadcasting, and marketing.
- Develop a range of leadership skills through completing a Leadership Skills Foundation qualification.
- Improve English language proficiency through language-focused activities, discussions, and interactions with native speakers.
- Understand the importance of both physical and mental fitness, as well as health and nutrition for professional esports players.
