Christmas Markets in Edinburgh
A short walk from our BSC Edinburgh college lies a fanfare of festivities. This popular Christmas Market in Scotland has rides (fairground attractions), an ice rink and market stalls offering mulled wine, traditional foods and seasonal treats. Lose yourself in the Christmas Tree Maze with the beautiful Edinburgh Castle overlooking above. Edinburgh’s Christmas Market is open from Saturday 18th November 2024 – Saturday 5th January 2025 so there is plenty of time to visit!

If you want a quintessentially British festive experience, York’s Christmas Market, St Nicholas Fair, showcases the very best of Yorkshire produce at the Made in Yorkshire Yuletide Village. Celebrate local crafters and makers and pick up a handmade Christmas gift before enjoying some roasted chestnuts and mulled wine. Make sure to plan your visit soon, as it’s only open from Thursday 14th November 2024 – Sunday 22nd December 2024.
